SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hey everyone!
Can someone please tell me why my store isn’t generating any sales? I launched in the beginning of February and I had probably 3 orders (those were from giveaways) but nothing after that. In my opinion, my store is pretty straight-forward and easy to navigate but maybe I’m missing something? I have social media accounts and am constantly advertising and also currently holding a buy 1 get 1 sale, but no sales. If anyone can take a look and give any pointers and advise on how to drive people to make a purchase, that would be great.
Thank you!!!

Greeting of the Day.

Really, you are getting lots of traffic, But no sales.
Because Ads technique are low, before using ads you have to know you target audience interest.
What product are they looking or what thing are they are searching for?
You have to work on this, Ads is the not appropriate Solution to get sales.
In most cases, if your Facebook /Google ads have low reach, it’s most likely because of one (or a combination) of these some reasons:
1. Your ad set budget is too low
2. Your audience is too small
3. You missed the mark for your target audience
4. Overlapping audiences
5. Low relevance score.
6. No, User Experience Site.
7. optimization of your Ads Campaign up to 90%.
8. Low Store Speed So customer can't buy anything from your Site
Here is some list on which you have to work on it:
1. Make your Store trustworthy
2. Add trust badges
3. Add discount in your Slideshow like Hurry! 10% off Buy Now.
4. Add Email Popup or sign up form
5. Use klaviyo for email marketing
6. Have a clear and CTA button on the banner
7. Showing customer reviews on the product page
8. add discount Announcement Bar or make it more attractive.
9. Add testimonial
10. Add Social Media Share icon.
11. Use the review Apps to display reviews on your Collection page
12. Make Social Media Posting to attract More client
13. Make your header Sticky
14. Provide at least one separate cross-sell section that suggests only supplementary products.
And that's my feedback. You can consider checking zworthkey.com with 24/7 support live chat to create a more impressive look for your store to really increase conversion, also please take a look at our Guide and Blogs as well.
I hope these points make your Store more Client conversion if you need help regarding Store Revamping to make your Store More profitable.
Thank you.
If your store is getting a lot of traffic but no or less conversion, one reason may be that you're targeting the wrong audience or not getting the related traffic on your store.
Hello,
Many eCommerce merchants face this issue and it's a common one. You need to target the right audience and filter the audience. I went to your website and added a product to the cart the payment page is pretty slow, the user may get impatient.
Also if you use pop-ups you need to make sure u are retargeting them with lucrative offers or creating an urgency to buy. Your target audience is women which is a plus point as women are impulsive buyers. I would like to suggest to you an app called Qubriux on the Shopify app store, Its Absolutely free! you can set up campaigns, especially for days like women's days and festive offers. You can even add exit pop-ups, sent cart abandonment emails. Along with this, you can make your website more interactive by Gamifying your products and giving offers that are not generic. I see you given offers but generic offers don't really work well. You can actually give offers on what your customers like and upsell and cross sell the products with gamification.
Happy selling
Hi,
I'm Mihaela, a digital marketer.
In my opinion, one of the MUST theories that every Shopify merchants should apply is using shoppable videos for their products. These videos provide endless chances to eCommerce brands to increase sales if used in the right manner. They will keep shoppers on your site longer to boost SEO ranking and motivate them to purchase. The level of interactivity that shoppable videos offer will convert shoppers at a higher rate and effortlessly increase your revenue. I believe that this new era of Commerce is all about creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. Allowing people to shop directly from the video by just clicking on the product they are liking it's a "need to do this" for sure. Think about how important it is for brands to interact with their target audience but in an interactive way.
First you have to invest in your social media content and make it as interactive as possible - on Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook. Make your customers connect with your products in a more personal way, so you can retain them more on your website. Once you have enough content to show, use that video content on your website and turn it into shoppable videos.
Make good use of user generated content, which is also king.
Video content will increase your chances of generating more quality traffic to your pages in the long run, which will lead to better search engine optimization.
7 Mistakes people make with their Business Social Media Strategy
1. No Genuine Engagement
2. Only Using Trending Hashtags
3. Not Using Video Marketing
4. No Intentional Strategy
5. No SEO Research
6. Buying Followers
7. Not Using Analytics
I hope my feedback will give you some good insights to take into consideration. If you need more help, you can email me at [email protected]
Hi @belleqelashes,
Buying a product isn't always an option for everyone when they visit a business for the first time. Whether or not customers will come back to your store will depend on what kind of product it is and how much it costs.
As a result, you should do remarketing campaigns. Visitors who leave a shopping cart or browse a specific product page are retargeted through remarketing. It helps keep your store in the minds of people who aren't ready to purchase.
It's possible to do remarketing with emails or paid advertising. Using Facebook ads is one of the best ways to retarget shoppers.
Furthermore, I noticed that your business lacks a favicon. It is a URL icon that performs as a branding element for your website.
And make sure that all of your social media pages open in a new tab. It will keep your visitors on your site rather than direct them elsewhere.
I really hope that some of the ideas I've provided may be of use to you. Good luck!
Because of the nature of your product, it would be a good idea to post videos or photos showing women wearing the lashes. It gives folks a visual idea of what they might look like wearing the lashes. Also add an App that will allow you to share you Instagram feed on your homepage.
If you're Tiktok, beauty type videos usually do really good. So make Tiktoks to promote your lashes.

Hello @belleqelashes,
I've taken a look at your store. I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.
1. Add favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address. Favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website.
2. Add the Home page link at the starting of the main menu.
3. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.
4. Add Contact Us page for better customer interaction.
5. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional.
6. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
8. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)

Hi,
If you have traffic but no sales, check the bounce rate. I suspect he's not good.
Check the usability of the site. Make sure that the website is user-friendly. I have a checklist to check usability https://www.plerdy.com/usability-testing-website-checklist/
Many people have already used it. Try it.
I hope it helps you.
Let me know if you have any questions.
It's not just constantly advertising on social media. It's how to turn followers into high-quality leads after you publish the content. you can try social selling.
It is important not to confuse selling on social media with social media marketing and advertising. Social selling means direct and personal interaction with customers via their social media activity to create a sense of credibility and establish a relationship. Social media marketing, on the other hand, means conducting promotional activities using the company’s social media accounts and building brand awareness that way.
There are tools that help businesses do it such as Chat Breezes - Market, sell & support better for social channels in an omnichannel platform. It unifies social conversations, better enable your marketing, sales or customer service conversations with your customers faster, sell via personalized messaging, and delivers excellent customer service
