Why isn't my website traffic showing up in my analytics?

Hi,

I am not getting any reports on traffic through my website I am running campaigns and I can see I am getting a bit of traffic but its not registering on my shopify analytics.

I am not sure if I deleted or removed something can anyone help thanks.

If your website traffic isn't showing up in Shopify Analytics:

1. Check Analytics Settings: Ensure Shopify Analytics is enabled under Settings > Analytics in your Shopify admin.
2. Verify Campaign Tracking: Confirm that your campaigns use UTM parameters so Shopify can correctly attribute the traffic.
3. Browser Blockers: Advise users to disable ad blockers or tracking prevention features, as they can block analytics.
4. Theme or Code Changes: Check for recent edits to your theme or apps that may have removed the Shopify tracking script. Reinstall it if necessary.
5. Third-Party Analytics: If using third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), verify they’re correctly installed and linked to Shopify.
