Hi @kankshiaroma,
As others have mentioned here, if your website works fine on your mobile but not on your computer, then the issue is localized so you will need to refresh your cache and cookies.
If that doesn't help, you may want to try using a different internet provider to test whether your connection is simply timing out. You could try using your mobile data, for example.
What kind of store are you building? What are you selling? I'd love to know more about your business plans!

Hello @kankshiaroma,
This is Gina from flareAI app - get free sales from Google.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty accessing your Shopify store on your computer.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
Sometimes, outdated or corrupted cache and cookies can cause issues with accessing websites. Clearing your browser cache and cookies can resolve this issue.
2. Try using a different browser
Sometimes, the issue can be specific to the browser you are using. Try accessing your Shopify store using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
3. Check your internet connection
A slow or unstable internet connection can also cause issues with accessing websites. Check your internet connection to make sure it's stable and has a good speed.
4. Disable browser extensions
Sometimes, browser extensions can interfere with website functionality. Disable any browser extensions and try accessing your Shopify store again.
5. Contact Shopify support
If none of the above steps resolve your issue, contact Shopify support for assistance. They will be able to provide you with more specific guidance and help resolve the issue.
I hope this helps you resolve the issue with accessing your Shopify store on your computer.
