Why my shopify store is not working on compute

I have registered on shopify recently and it is live and working properly on mobile browsers but when i try to use it on my computer then it is not responding. So can you please help me regarding it.

I have checked the Shopify Status page and there are currently no known issues affecting access to Shopify stores on desktop devices. 

Hence, my advice is to try out the following workarounds: 

• Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Normally the browser stores certain data from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing these may solve certain problems, such as formatting or loading issues.
• Make sure that your browser is up to date.
• Open your site on an Incognito window
• Use a different browser, either Safari, Chrome or Firefox, etc.
• Try cellular data instead of WiFi

As others have mentioned here, if your website works fine on your mobile but not on your computer, then the issue is localized so you will need to refresh your cache and cookies.

If that doesn't help, you may want to try using a different internet provider to test whether your connection is simply timing out. You could try using your mobile data, for example.
