Adding a static target Checkout UI extension to a store automatically

Hi there,

We have a shopify checkout UI extension, it needs to be added to store checkout page manually in the checkout customizing page(checkout editor) currently.

Is is possible to add UI extension to a store automatically without store admin involved? Includeing enable block checkout option.
