Hello,
We've published two admin extensions, one for Orders (admin.order-details.block.render)
and the other for Customers (admin.customer-details.block.render).
We've received consistent feedback from merchants that the placement app blocks in Customer pages below the timeline is one:
1. Confusing because Order admin extension blocks render above the timeline
2. Not efficient, they have to scroll down below the customer timeline to see app blocks
Admin app blocks are supposed to make merchants more efficient, which is a bit confusing on why the Customer app block target in particular is rendered below the timeline.
Want to see it in action? Check out our demo store.
Hi Dylan,
This is valuable feedback for the customer accounts product team - I've connected with them on both of these issues that you're seeing merchants experience. Appreciate you sharing this here!
