Hi, I have received an error from the DPD App that they can't link in to shopify API. Error occurs when DPD App try to release the hold on an order. As a result the app cannot fulfill orders. What should I do?

I'm also facing the same, received an error the DPD App  which is cannot be linked to my shopify store API.
