Attributes in order confirmation not display key:value

Hi everyone,

We are using checkout extension, we update some  attributes at checkout page with our checkout ui extension like in the screenshot bellow 

and then we use attributes variable in order confirmation like this 

and it display format key => value like 

May I ask how we can make it display format key:value object?
