Cant run in dev mode sample app

When i cloning sample app from this guide and do everything in it and run yarn dev or npm run dev, i have list of errors. Guide: https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/selling-strategies/discounts/experience. I have latest rust and cargo-wasi. Node 18.16.0. OS: MacOS
