I’ve found a case where the section placement doesn’t map appropriately to the actual page on a merchant's Checkout Information page.
In this screenshot you can see our app block is clearly placed below the Shipping Address section. But unfortunately the app block is still rendered above shipping.
The extension target is `purchase.checkout.block.render` and we don’t have any other problems placing this block below shipping with any other merchant.
I would file this as a bug report through the Partner Support dashboard, but there’s no option for opening a checkout extension issue specifically.

Again, we have many other merchants using this same block in production, but this positioning issue only affects one so far.
Any guidance or help would be much appreciated, I'm not sure what else I can do here.
