Checkout UI Extension does not worked

I am new to shopify app development. I‘m following this guide (the link https://shopify.dev/apps/checkout/custom-fields/getting-started ). I'm stuck in this step "Integrating Checkout UI Extension".
I have already done all the steps the guide introduces. But The welcome information was not displayed on the point "Checkout::Dynamic::Render".

I have try so many methods to fix it, but they does not worked.

Please help me ! Thank you soooooo much .

Check it through "+Add App" option. Or deploy and publish the checkout extension.

The development store that you create have to under the Developer preview "Checkout Extensions"

So you need to make sure your development store with "Checkout Extensibility" preview.

If you create the development store correctly, on Shopify Admin Panel, bottom left, you should see below text

Non-transferable

Checkout Extensibility preview

I think, if you want to play around with the checkout UI extension, better create another development.

And what about a real store? From your words it looks like it will work on development stores only

Only live stores on a Plus subscription are able to use Checkout UI extensions. There is a guide to the checkouts customisation requirements in our documentation here.

I used the one with Plus subscription but the default welcome message didn't show up.. Still digging what did I miss but I used the documentation you mentioned.

Reinstalled the app and the option finally showed up on the Customizer.
