Custom Web Pixel not firing standard events on Shop Pay

I've recently migrated my store to Checkout Extensibility. 

I have a custom web pixel app installed in Settings > Customer Events > {My Pixel App}

In there I'm listening to checkout events like "checkout_started" or "checkout_completed". These events work well if a user completes the checkout as a guest customers in Shopify Payments, but it does not fire those events in Shop Pay. 

There's nothing in the documentation that say why it wouldn't fire in Shop Pay and I would like to know if its possible at all.

same issue....Shopify please put more doc about it, and there's no customer information in checkout/create webhook   when user using  shopify pay from product page
