Freeshipping discount label showing twice

I'm using the Shopify script editor to apply a free shipping discount, but the discount label appears twice.
I only want one discount label.

Is there something in your implementation that is looping over, or repeating the discount label?

Any Idea without useing loop to apply freeshipping discount via shopify script editor. In whole order.
