Hide Paypal Button based on the specific Location on checkout page

I hope you are doing well.

How can I hide the paypal button based on some locations on Checkout page?

I'm on already Shopify Checkout Extensibility.

Can we use the Extension for this?

HI Ecomdevstar,

Since PayPal is an express checkout, it's not currently possible to hide it dynamically with extensibility. Support for this may be added in the future however.

You can hide the PayPal button based on specific locations on the checkout page using the PayRules: Hide Payment Methods app. Here's how you can do it:

1. Choose "PayPal" from the "Select payment methods" field.
2. In the "Countries" field, select "Hide if found" and add the specific country. Or you can utilize the “Postal/zip codes” field if you prefer.

This will ensure that the PayPal button is hidden based on the specified locations.
