Hi! I was charged $1 for my store once, and then suddenly today morning i saw $36 has left my bank account:(
Now, is it possible to get a refund?
The $1 fee would of been only for your first month. Once you start your 2nd month, you'd be charged the regular monthly fee for the plan you've selected.
It's not possible to get a refund for the monthly plan, but you can cancel/close your store, if you're no longer using it and don't want to be charged again in the future.

Yeah, I understand but I had another store, where I was charged $1 for 3 months and i couldn't understand what happened:(
