How to Add Custom Text in App Embeds Sidebar for Shopify App?

Hi Shopify Community,

I'm working on a Shopify app that includes an app embed, and I'm wondering how to add custom text that Shopify shows in the app embeds sidebar when you unfold an embed. Here's a screenshot showing what I mean:

I've seen other apps with custom text in this section, but I'm not sure how to achieve it. Any guidance on how to add this custom text would be greatly appreciated!
