How to get listed as a "Works with Shopify POS" app in the App Store?

My app utilizes a POS link/tile, is embedded, and generally just works out of the box with POS anyway as the app utilizes standard Shopify products. How do I get listed on the App Store in the "Works with POS" category? There used to be a google form but I can't find it anywhere.
