How to know when user remove cart on shopify app POS

I have problem to detect when user remove cart or user was checkout cart. I using event https://shopify.dev/docs/api/pos-ui-extensions/2024-07/apis/cart-api#cartapi-propertydetail-subscrib...

but it always return have same result. Any one have idea for situation ??

Can you post exactly what you're seeing being returned each time?
