How to make App embeds blocks field's content translatable

How can I make text fields in my App embed block translatable? I can't find any information about it.

Hi Rafa,

Thanks for getting touch - from digging into this a bit more it seems that the Translate & Adapt app (which generally handles translations for text input fields on theme sections) doesn't currently access input settings that originate from app embed blocks, but I have raised this as a feature request with the product team.

One option that users of your app could explore if they need translations of the text fields would be to use an app like T Lab which can translate third-party apps or external resources.
