INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR when making GraphQL query to Storefront API

When making a query to Shopify's Storefront API in checkout, I'm receiving an INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR. The checkout extension functions correctly on another Shopify Plus client and the GraphQL query returns the correct data.

I'm wondering if this is a shop specific setting regarding Storefront API since it works on another shop. Any suggestions?
