Hello, I have a client that uses Shopify with Acumatica ERP. We recently upgraded their ERP and we are now experiencing issues with real time syncing from Shopify to Acumatica, where this had worked previously. Their syncing will work when manually forced, but will not sync in real time. I am needing to know 1) the source and port for communication on the Shopify end so I can ensure that there is nothing in our hosted environment causing this issue.  When I re-enable real time sync, the client is telling me webhooks are being recreated, and then shortly after that, deleted by Shopify. We have virtually no leads on what is causing this issue at this point and are in need of assistance resolving the issue, any help is greatly appreciated.

This is a known issue. AC-309876: When the Acumatica ERP instance had two or more tenants, after the upgrade to the 2023 R2 and 2024 R1 versions the real-time synchronization stopped working for Shopify and BigCommerce connectors entities that had Real-Time Import set as Running on the Entities Settings tab of the Shopify Stores (BC201010) or BigCommerce Stores (BC201000) forms.
