Shopify admin GraphQL – CheckoutProfile.isPublished is false

"isPublished" field in "CheckoutProfile" object returned by "checkoutProfiles" mutation was set to false. I couldn't find any information on where I can switch it in API or UI or how can I add another profile.

I thought that too, but there's no corresponding controls in UI, at least none that I could find.

Have you upgraded to checkout extensibility? I just tested on an upgraded store and saw the UI in Admin > Settings > Checkout.
