Shopify keeping Payament customization rule active in backend even after uninstall app

We need your immediate attention regarding a critical issue we are facing with the payment customization API.

Currently, there is a rule that is still active from another app, even after uninstalling it. This has caused the rule to not deactivate automatically. As a result, when we try to activate the rule from our end, Shopify throws an error.

This issue is causing significant disruption to our payment customization process and impacting our ability to serve our customers effectively.

We urgently request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
