No Sales Through advertising?

Hi everyone,

I'm selling woman's gym wear and it is going really good! The way we generate sales in through social media, but we don't receive any sales through advertising. We run great ads with an average CPC rate between 0.03 and 0,08 cents, but we're just not selling anything. Is there somebody that could help us reach new heights?
