Interested in other experiences with Shopify Expert response times.
I contacted two experts for trouble shooting and a few days ago and neither have replied.
I was advised that this is a more reliable forum than UpWork which is where I had looked for Shopify support previously.
Has anyone else found that this to be the case?

It seems this could be solved only if Full Access is granted to the collaborator account. Are you okay with bumping these permissions here?
