Hello I was wondering why I don't see no tracking information and it's been over 30 days that the customer purchased. How would i get that information to tell my customer?

It's strange. Hi @Che_Budta , what courier did you choose?
Normally, you can receive a tracking number from your courier which will allow you and your customer to access the shipping progress.
