Adding a User-fillable Property to a Line Item on the Fulfillment page?

Is there a way to add a field/property to a line item on the fulfillment page?  Similar to how we can modify a theme?

I'd love to see an answer for this one.  I'm exploring something similar. In my case I want to be able to mark which "bin/batch" in my inventory that I fulfill a given line from (at the time of fulfillment).

So if there are product quality issues reported by a customer, I can refer back to their fulfillment and see which "batch" I fulfilled from.
