App Bridge modules are packaged as CommonJS modules instead of ESM modules

Our javascript build is throwing warning complaining that @Shopify/app-bridge-utils and @Shopify/app-bridge/actions are CommonJS or AMD modules, which can cause optimization bailouts.

Can you please make them native ESM modules?
