Hi, having a problem with my App. Checked today, and it shows an issue to fix by July 1. Screenshot of the error is below. Today is the 26th, and you'll notice that whatever error happened on the 22nd, so it's nothing that happens regularly. The "problem" it refers to is about access to customer protected data. I'm approved for that already. And I'm using version 2023-04 for everything to my knowledge. I wish they would give you more detail about the exact call that triggered that error. Can't figure out how to correct this. Any help?
The deadline for the customer protected data update has been extended until Aug 1st so you'll have more time to figure out why this exact call was made. Have you contacted Shopify partner support about this yet?
The warning message you see is a generic message, however you are expected to upgrade to the API version mentioned in the message. Also try chatting with shopify partner support team, they are really helpful.
