Carrier Service API and Google merchants

Our app "Local delivery rates by Zip code", which uses the carrier service API to send delivery/shipping rates. One of our customers has setup "Google merchants" as a channel. They are getting the following warning message and they are afraid that they might get delisted by google if they use our app to set shipping rates.

The shipping rates from the app are not showing in the google merchant center.

Is there is a way to fix this warning message and make sure the customer can still continue using the google merchant center.
