I have a custom carrier service set up that is successfully returning rates. Most of the time checkout shows the rates, but for some combinations of products it shows "This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."
For example, ordering 1 or 3 of a certain product will show the rates. Order 2 of that item will show the error. My logs show that the rates are being returned correctly in all instances. Neither partner nor merchant support chat was able to help. They actually referred me to each other.
There is only one location, so I don't think it has to do with that. Does anyone have an thoughts as to what might be going on?
