To fulfil my orders I use a 3PL provider. As soon as an orders status is set to “Unfulfilled” the order is automatically sent to the logistics partner. Any changes, comments or notes made after that are not being regarded after that by the App the 3PL partner uses to pull my shops orders.
Between the customers order and the communication of that order to the 3PL partner there are crucial details which need to be manually added to the order notes and can only be done by the shop admin.
I tried with Shopify flow to have every order created set to “Hold order” but what essentially happens is: Order created by customer -> Order automatically set to “Unfulfilled -> Order set to “Hold order”.
What I need is: Order created -> Order set to “Hold order” (or anything else but “Unfulfilled)
Does anybody have an idea how I can do this?
