Combine SKU numbers for prepacked fulfillment

Hello,

At our fulfillment location we have combination products already pre-packed. These products have there own SKY number.
For this reason i need to combine the SKU numbers of the pre packed products in to one new number.

Example: 
add to cart SKU:001 + SKU:002
Backend order has to be: SKU: 003

i already tried a koppel of bundel apps but they all make a new product instead of combining what is put in the shopping cart. 

Is there an other way to get SKU's to combine from 2 products in to one new SKU?

SKUs can't be changed on the fly, but one workaround would be to include the calculated SKU in the order notes or cart attributes. You could do this on the liquid side, or more robustly using Functions.

I tried the options that you suggested, but unfortunately, I didn't find how to do this.

I looked for the option to add calculated SKU in the order notes or cart attributes. But i can not find out how to do this. the only thing i find is that you can add a order note so customers can add some text to the order.
Can you explain in more detail how to use this option to calculated SKU in the order notes or cart attributes?

For the functions i found that this means making a custom app for shopify. i dont have any programing scills so i think this is not the best option for me. i placed a request for someone to build this on shopify experts but the price for this is realy hi.

I hope you can help me out by explaining the order calculated notes.
