Firstly I'm not a developer but I believe that get certain answer from here. We use 1 ERP program which is integrated manually. ERP send some products to store but later we want change their variants and SKU. ERP app support said that first we have to delete products which we want to update in shopify so we deleted them from inventory. After that we send updated products from ERP to shopify but it didn't work. ERP support said that deleted products still exist. I uploaded SS of the error. Shopify still keep products even deleted? Is this possible? Even website cache cleaned buy shopify support but maybe ERP integration is wrong.
