I reviewed a previous thread on this but the solution did not work in my case. Im using Shopify Digital Download App to sell digital images. It was working fine, then did not... Started to give user a message that item was delayed then put a notice in ADMIN that the order was unfulfilled. It waits for me to click unfulfilled in order to continue the process. But, by that time the user experience is interrupted/bad.
I checked all systems. Files are set to automatically download. It used to put a link in the Check out AND send an email. Now it holds it up saying Unfulfilled.
Any help?
If your product are images. I think we can come up of a solution to not use any app on this but use custom codes. If you visit our website, we sell custom codes which is a digital product. We do not use apps to download these codes but custom coding which has been working good for the past years. Apps can be a little annoying when they do updates or there are changes in Shopify's backend.
