I received two orders recently for products from Roposo Clout on my Shopify site. When I attempted to request fulfillment, I received a notification stating that my request had been declined by roposo clout; yet, upon checking the Roposo Clout, I saw that my items had been confirmed and shipped. However, Shopify continues to indicate that my request has been declined. Please have this resolved right now.

Even I do face a similar issue. Most likely it has to do with the API connection. Did you escalated this issue to Shopify or Roposo Clout?
Did you get any solution for that problem? If please say the solution, I am unable to scale it properly!
