Hi,
Customer placed an order on my live site on January 25. The order number is #1002
However, the order status is still showing " Fulfillment In Progress" on the orders page, and it's not clear whether the drop shipping supplier (cjdropshipping) is trying to fulfill the order or if there is an issue.
Is there anything we are missing? Like a missing setup that must be causing this delay?
Any help in this regard is appreciated!
