hi guys the delivery company I use to fullfil my orders recently started API integrations. They can now be integrated into a website and customers can input heir delivery address etc then the delivery company does their part. This helps me as I won't have to manually input each order into their website. The have the different codes etc on their website for me to follow but im confused. I do t have any idea where to start. I created a web hook but idk if that's the correct thing. Can anyone help

Thank you Paul. I checked out the link. I’m not sure if I’m explains it properly. So currently I pack/fulfill my orders and then I use a company to deliver . The company has now launched an API that they said can be integrated into Shopify so I won’t have to manually go to their site and enter my order for delivery.
They provided the necessary codes etc to set up the API but I don’t know how to do it as I have no experience in tech and they didn’t provide a step by step guide
To connect to your delivery co API you will need to map your new orders from the Shopify API to the appropriate fields in the delivery co API. This will require an intermediate server and some programming. We have done multiple such integrations in the past and are happy to help with this. Here is a case study of one such integration.
