How can I fulfill some orders myself while having a DHL webhook installed?

Hi, I have a webhook with DHL. This means that if I click on "fulfill items", automatically it will send a shipping label to DHL. Some orders I want to bring to customers myself, so I don't need a DHL label. How can I do this?

I think you need to install public a fulfillment service app to implement this.   this depends on the public app in shopify store 。

or you need to develop a custom fulfillment service  for to integrate external api/webhook
