how to get Delivery Status of order to show on frontend UI ?

you can't get this data with liquid. you can use the carrier api to get the shipment status

Hi， there

In liquid  the order object has a field called line items which type is array of line item .  Inside the line item object , you could see a field called 

fulfillment. In that fulfillment you could see the delivery detail status . see pic below:
