how to set up a notification when an order isn't delivered after a number of days?

Hi,

an order is marked as fulfilled.

how can I get such a notification in case the delivery fails for whatever reason?

I tried to look at the shopify flow app and cannot figure out how to do it.

You'd want to set up a flow that triggers on order created, waits a few days, then checks the fulfillment status to see if it's delivered. And if not, send a notification email.
