How to sync imventory between different embroidery designs

Hi everyone,

I embroider polos with different designs and manage my inventory based on customer orders. When a customer orders a medium polo with one design, the available stock for medium polos in all other designs should decrease by one as well.

How can I sync my stock levels across all designs so that when one design is ordered, the stock for the same size in other designs updates accordingly?

Is the design you have a kind of variant of your medium polo product? I'm saying that a medium polo has loads of variants. So which one is a variant here?

The sizing is the variant the designs are individual products since every design is a different student associations crest. Selling the Logos as variants of the polo would have the problem that i couldnt categorize them as different problem, i think?

You might find the Easify Inventory Sync app helpful for managing products with different designs that share the same inventory, based on the blank polos 😊.

For example, let’s say your polo comes in 2 sizes (S and M) and you have 5 different designs, each available in both sizes.

You can create 2 inventory groups to connect the inventories for these products:

• Group 1: Polo - S, which includes all S variants of your 5 design products.
• Group 2: Polo - M, which includes all M variants of your 5 design products.

For each group, you can set a mutual inventory reflecting the shared stock for all products in the group.

When any product in the group is purchased, the mutual inventory is automatically updated, and the new inventory level is applied to the other products in the same group.
