How to trigger fulfillment order status - Cancelled?

When the order is cancelled, it will fall into `Closed` listing. What case will trigger `Cancelled` status?

Hi Candy,

 

You can use the CancellationRequest resource, to send and accept a cancellation request, which will list the the fulfilment order as "status": "cancelled".
