Hi. I developed an app for a dropshipping company. For the past many years, users would go into our Shopify app, where their orders are shown, and pay for those orders there. We would then fulfill those orders.
I need to transition to using the Fulfillment Requests per an email sent by Shopify, but I'm looking for confirmation as to how that workflow would work. When merchants click the Request Fulfillment button, do I attempt to charge their card on file, and return a success confirmation or error based on that? We allow sellers to choose shipping method in our app. There doesn't seem to be a way to make that selection in the Request Fulfillment screen.
