I dont want AutoDS to fullfill the item.

I dont want AutoDS to fullfill the item.

So, I want to fullfill an order. But since AutoDS is doing this, I have to pay the extra amount to let them fullfill.
Can I change the fullfillment method? So that I can send it directly to the seller instead of AutoDS?

Hi @DriftArmy,

Yes, you can. You’ll need to adjust your fulfillment settings in Shopify.
Go to your AutoDS settings and check if there's an option to pause automatic fulfillment for the order in question. This will allow you to manually fulfill it. Or in Shopify, go to the order details and mark the order as fulfilled manually. You can then communicate directly with the supplier to handle the shipment.

If you want to stop using AutoDS entirely for future orders, you can remove or deactivate AutoDS as your default fulfillment provider in your settings and switch to manual fulfillment or another app.

Hope I answered your question

Since the pause function isn’t available, there is an alternative. You can manually fulfill the order in Shopify by marking it as fulfilled directly on the order page. This will stop AutoDS from processing that particular order. Afterward, you can communicate directly with the seller to arrange the shipment.

For future orders, you may adjust your AutoDS settings to prevent automatic fulfillment or switch to a manual fulfillment method altogether, which will give you more control over each order. If AutoDS doesn’t allow you to change this per order, you might need to deactivate AutoDS as your fulfillment provider for future orders entirely.
