Inventory is not updating immediately

When I add or reduce quantity in the inventory and save, the quantity doesnt change on the website or takes too long to update. Also when someone makes an order, the quantity doesnt reduce immediately which causes problems for me. Support promised to fix the issue but they are taking too long.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if it helps?

Sometimes, syncing issues can cause these delays.

Could you provide a screenshot for better comprehension?
Does your inventory quantity directly be displayed to the customers? Or do you manage the inventory quantity in the admin dashboard?
Do you have any other sync tasks to update your inventory regularly?

Hi there. It's also happening to my webshop on various products. Even though the inventory is set to 1 then it says it sold out. I have tried everything from changing the number of available items, changed it in bulk edit or whatever, it's just not updating it to the "live" site. It's not for all the products I'm adding, just some.

It's really unstable for me. You can see that the stock is not update in the list view. And it also shows as sold out on my website.

I have just started having this problem as well. This is a huge issue for us. Inventory used to update immediately. I don't carry deep stock, so when something goes OS the website needs to reflect it. (Yes, cache cleared etc., it is not my browser.)
