When I add or reduce quantity in the inventory and save, the quantity doesnt change on the website or takes too long to update. Also when someone makes an order, the quantity doesnt reduce immediately which causes problems for me. Support promised to fix the issue but they are taking too long.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if it helps?
Sometimes, syncing issues can cause these delays.

I have the same issue even after trying clearing your browser cache. It have been happening since yesterday.

Hi there. It's also happening to my webshop on various products. Even though the inventory is set to 1 then it says it sold out. I have tried everything from changing the number of available items, changed it in bulk edit or whatever, it's just not updating it to the "live" site. It's not for all the products I'm adding, just some.
We have the same problem with our headless shop, inventory is not updating.
Is this fixed for you now?

Yes - mine is fixed.
It was fixed later on the same day
It's really unstable for me. You can see that the stock is not update in the list view. And it also shows as sold out on my website.
I have just started having this problem as well. This is a huge issue for us. Inventory used to update immediately. I don't carry deep stock, so when something goes OS the website needs to reflect it. (Yes, cache cleared etc., it is not my browser.)
