Many of my products come back with error messages in the Google sales channel. When I click to fix the errors, it only allows SOME of the sizes to get fixed but not all causing the entire product to not update. I keep waiting for a Shopify update to fix this but it's been going on a few weeks now. Any help?
Shopify will not fix this for you.
When you have missing data, you should either add it in the product details by going to the google and youtube app > manage products > here add the missing data.
Alternatively, you can add the data using spreadsheets, feed rules or even the editor. So many ways to achieve the same end result.
