Covers all questions related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Hey all,
I am looking for a way to set up a low stock notification system that will track inventory by collection. We currently have an app that will auto-hide or un-hide products and tag/untag them as out of stock. I am looking for a way to check how many products are left active after the product is hidden and what their inventory levels are at. We were then hoping to send a notification if the collection has only 1 or 2 active products left in it and their inventory levels so we can know when we need to reorder. Is there a workaround for this using Flow or is there another app that could help me do this?
Thank you all for any help you can provide and please let me know if you need anything clarified!

Should be able to build an automated workflow using our app mesa to do this for you.

I put this workflow template together which you can use:

It will look at any Smart Collections that the product belongs to from the inventory update trigger and check the inventory levels of all products across the collection.

Do you want to only apply this logic for specific collections? What if a product is in multiple different collections? Would you want to notify on inventory levels for all the collections it belongs to?
