So generally, you need to add one more layer to the abstraction you use to model the fulfillment process and start fulfilling fulfillment orders (i.e., parts of an order) independently. Fulfillment orders are created by Shopify automatically when an order is placed. In a simple scenario, there will be 1 fulfillment order per location used for shipping this order if all order line items cannot be shipped from a single location. You need to request fulfillment orders from Shopify API and then fulfill them.
I'm unaware of Shipiggo functionality, so if you need more help, please describe the process in detail.
