Hi Shopify team!
We have an issue with incorrect recognition of fulfillment carrier company. We use Metro company that has tracking numbers like 478750290937 and recognized in Shopify as FedEx carrier. What should we send to prevent that and use 'Other' option that we have on the website?
Empty `company` field or None or "Metro" doesn't help - it still show FedEx to customer as the type of tracking link. Tracking number and Tracking link added correctly, but Carrier doesn't.

I am pretty sure you have to set the company to "custom" not "none"

Solved the issue using "Other" at "company" field.
Or it might be other and not custom 😉
