Hello,
I have completed about 7 orders in Shopify with no issues at all. Recently I got an order for a hoodie from my site and I enabled fulfillment on it. It was fulfilled, but now for the past few days all it says on the "My Orders" page is that the Shipment was Dispatched to Carrier 8 days ago. It says its scheduled for delivery 3 days ago and has not updated since not being delivered. I am wondering if there is a glitch or if the item is somehow stuck in a warehouse and hasn't made it out on time. Is there anyway to find out the issue with this exact order?
